About the Author

Cynthia DeLuca entered real estate in 1999 with more determination than direction, and turned that into a career most professionals spend a lifetime chasing. What began as a leap of faith evolved into decades of expertise spanning sales, brokerage management, property investment, and professional education.

As the former owner of Central Florida’s largest independent real estate company, DeLuca built her reputation the old-fashioned way by actually doing the work. Her investment portfolio grew from a single property into a diverse collection of single-family homes and apartment complexes, giving her hard-won insights that no classroom alone can teach.

Today, she channels that experience into her writing and speaking, with educational materials used across the United States and and thousands of speaking engagements to her name. Her books reflect the full arc of her journey: practical, direct, and grounded in real-world results rather than theory.

Whether she is helping investors build wealth, equipping real estate professionals to run their businesses with both strategy and integrity, or challenging industry norms with a well-placed question, DeLuca writes the way she speaks: no fluff, no filler, just what works.

She believes the best investment you can make is in knowledge, and she has made it her mission to deliver that return.

Those who know Cynthia, know she’s an avid reader of non-fiction and business books.
